1. How do I find out if I′ve won something with Win24?

For every competition, Win24 uses a software program that enters your name and a special Win24 email address that is unique to you. For most competitions your address is put into the entry form and you will hear about your prize directly from the people who set the competition. Often, a nice parcel just arrives at your house - it′s such a lovely surprise! For the competitions where only your name and unique Win24 email address have been entered, the Win24 Customer Service team will contact you and tell you how to get in touch with the people actually running the competition. You can then arrange delivery to your home address. If you have any problems or concerns, the Customer Service team is on hand to help you.
2. Can I use the Win24 prize draw service even if I don′t live in the UK?

You can only enter the competitions and prize draws if you are resident in the UK and you are over 18.
3. What prize draws will Win24 enter me into?

Win24 enters its members automatically every month into the best online prize draws in the UK, which can include new cars, dream holidays, cash, new kitchens, televisions, hi fi systems and a whole host of valuable prizes.
4. How do I know that prize draw organisers really enter Win24 members?

Win24 aims to provide the best service possible. That is why we check the terms and conditions of every single prize draw with great thoroughness and care. If a company bars collective or multiple entries or insists on the posting of an original entry card, then we simply do not enter you in that competition.
5. How good are my winning chances with Win24?

Your winning chances with Win24 are significantly greater than they are playing the lottery or football pools. We go to a great deal of trouble when selecting competitions to optimize your chances of winning.
6. When exactly do I start entering competitions with Win24?

After registering with Win24 you receive an immediate e-mail confirming your registration. A few days later you will receive an acknowledgement and certificate made out to you personally and your membership number. We enter you immediately at the start of the following month, even if we have not yet been able to take and/or confirm payment by you. We publish details of all prize draws and prizes on our website at www.Win24.co.uk.
7. How does Win24 protect my personal information?

When you sign up for the Win24 service, all you have to do is give us your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. That´s all the information we need to fill in your entry forms. These are exactly the same details you would give if you entered the competitions yourself. The details you provide us are confidential and never provided to a third party.
8. How can I follow what competitions Win24 has entered me into?

Every single competition our customers are entered into each month is displayed in our online login area. We provide information about the competition host, what prizes are on offer of course and also what monetary value the competition has. It is our objective to be as transparent as we possible can be.
9. How can I notify Win24 of changes in my personal details?

Simply send us the changed details as follows:

10. When and how can I cancel my agreement with Win24?

You can cancel your agreement with Win24 without giving any reason by the 15th day of the final month. Simply send us a brief note giving your name and customer reference number.

IMPORTANT:
Please always state your customer reference number.
If you wish to continue using Win24 at the end of your membership you don't have to do a thing. It will be automatically extended.
